All Brands are not for sale online.  This website is designed for customer support for our store in Belleville, IL.  We are not your typical Internet Car audio store.  We are authorized dealers for every product we sell and we stand behind our customers and manufactures.  Since we buy from authorized distributors and staight from manufactures.  We will not probably ever have the lowest prices on the net.  Most Internet retailers sell B or C stock or worse stolen product.  So if you would like used or unwarrentied product, buy there, we will never leave you holding the bag.  Give us a chance and we will earn business just like we have been doing since 2000.

Returns Policy

All non-defective product returned with-in 5 days of product arrival or pick up and is in unopened and un-used condition, and was not a special order part will be allowed for return for store credit only.  SORRY NO REFUNDS!  If product is shipped, customer is responsible for shipping to and from Xclusive Autosound.com     If product is a special order product and Xclusive Autosound.com agrees to allow the return of product, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee. 

All defective product with-in products warranty and was shipped customer can either return product to the store to get product repaired or customer can pay for shipping to and from Xclusive Autosound.com  Sorry no exceptions
